Fabricación A MEDIDA en vidrio TEMPLADO con TRATAMIENTO especial MATE al ácido Sedacolor®, que les proporciona un tacto muy agradable y cálido, como la textura de la SEDA. El vidrio utilizado es del tipo OPTICO o EXTRA-CLARO, únicamente, dependiendo del color deseado.

  • GRUESO del vidrio TEMPLADO para encimeras de 12 mm
  • GRUESO de FRENTES para revestir PAREDES 5 mm. Frentes para puertas y cajones 5 mm. SIN TEMPLAR.
  • Su TRATAMIENTO y ACABADO MATE Sedacolor® evita en nuestras encimeras las MANCHAS, MARCAS y HUELLAS, proporcionándoles una larga duración y una fácil limpieza.

CARACTERISTICAS TECNICAS del vidrio templado Sedacolor®

  • Máxima DUREZA: Superior, comparada con otros materiales usados habitualmente para encimeras. Clasificación de Grado 7 en la escala de MOHS*.
  • Resistencia a la TEMPERATURA: 500º C.
  • Resistencia al IMPACTO: en caída libre realizada con bola de acero de 500 grs. a 2 m. de altura.
  • Resistencia a la TRACCION MECANICA: 000 Kg./cm2
  • NO se RAYAN, por el uso habitual de los utensilios de cocina: Según norma EN 101:91.
  • NO se MANCHAN, según pruebas realizadas con los test del laboratorio del fabricante.

* Por la Escala de MOHS se clasifica a nivel internacional, la dureza de los materiales. El máximo es el Grado 9 que es la del Diamante

SEDACOLOR: Anti-Scratch & Anti-Fingerprint Coated Glass

Bespoke production of ultra-clear tempered glass, offering an anti-scratch & anti-fingerprint due to an acid based coating treatment. This glass can be used as a countertop ( 12mm) or place directly as a drawer front.

  • Countertop 12 mm thick tempered glass.
  • Wall cladding as drawer & door fronts: 5 mm. Non- tempered glass.
  • Long lasting and easy maintenance guaranteed thanks to the anti-scratch & anti-fingerprint treatment coating.

SEDACOLOR® TEMPERED GLASS TECHNICAL FEATURES

  • STRENGHT: Very high as compared to any other material used for countertops. Ranked as Number 7 within the MOHS*Scale .
  • TEMPERATURA RESISTANCE: 500º C.
  • IMPACT RESISTANCE tested with a 500 gr steel ball, dropping it over the glass from 2 meter high distance.
  • Regarding to the EN 101:91 Certificate, it cannot get scratched by any of the commonly used Kitchen tools & gadgets.
  • As a result of several laboratory tests, it is proved that this material assures a high degree of cleanliness after a long period using it.

*The Mohs scale of mineral hardness stands as a qualitative ordinal scale that characterizes the scratch resistance of various minerals through the ability of a harder material to scratch a softer material .
